• We provide a 24/7 help line as a community service to area residents.
  
  
• We can give you and your family community resources information and answers to aging questions.
  
  
• We begin with a comprehensive in-home assessment of the older person's areas of strength and their wants and needs.
  
  
• We take a detailed look at the home environment.
  • Is it safe?
  • Is it appropriate for the people's physical and mental conditions?
  
  
• With the family members, we develop a plan of care that meets their needs.
  
  
• We also make sure that we have a crisis response plan in place.   This means that if your parent or relative has to go to the ER in the middle of the night, Dyer Solutions will make sure they are not alone.
  
  
• After the plan of care is agreed upon, we oversee all the caregiving and support services, adjusting the plan as needed.
  
  
• If it becomes necessary, we also help the family with placement in Assisted Living and Long-Term Care communities.
